Service Agreement

By engaging our air conditioning repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include:

  • Air conditioner diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
  • Installation of new AC systems
  • Emergency repair services
  • Commercial HVAC services

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to the nature of repair work.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel appointments with at least 2 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a service call fee.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure includes:

  • Free diagnostic assessment for repair services
  • Transparent pricing provided before work begins
  • Payment due upon completion of service
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit cards

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work performed. This warranty covers the specific repair made and does not extend to other components or systems.

Parts Warranty

Replacement parts carry manufacturer warranties. We will honor these warranties according to manufacturer terms.

Liability and Insurance

CoolAir Pro maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage
  • Damage caused by customer negligence
  • Consequential or indirect damages

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to equipment
  • Disclose known issues or previous repairs
  • Be present or authorize a representative during service
  • Make timely payment for services rendered

Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency service is available for urgent AC repairs. Emergency service rates may apply for calls outside normal business hours, holidays, or weekends.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under Malaysian law in Johor Bahru jurisdiction.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
